MFA Oil Company to hold annual meeting

    The 2021 annual meeting of the Cuba MFA Oil Company bulk plant has been scheduled for July 21 between noon and 1 p.m. at the MFA Oil office located at 733 Hwy. DD in Cuba according to Karalee Curtis, local bulk plant manager.

Local students represent Crawford Electric Co-op during unique Youth Tour experience

    Three local students sponsored by Crawford Electric Cooperative were among the 70 high school students from across the state who participated in Missouri’s 58th annual Missouri Electric Youth Tour, June 16-18. The local delegates were Cristin Foster and Emma Kreitner of Steelville and Kyley Henry of St. Clair.

STE Communications names new CFO/AGM

    Steelville Communications welcomes Remi Sun as Chief Financial Officer/Assistant General Manager to the company. She brings more than two decades of industry experience to the position, primarily with rural telephone cooperatives working with members and tribal governments. Remi will play a key role in STE Communication’s continued expansion across the Steelville region.
